Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Because Queenie Wildwood products are made and packaged in small batches, processing may take slightly longer during seasonal launches or busy holiday periods.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Queenie Wildwood is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Queenie Wildwood is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. For missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
