Fragrance descriptions are intended to help describe the overall scent experience. Individual perceptions of fragrance vary, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience a scent in the same way.

Our soaps, lotions, cleansing polishes, shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and other personal-care products are intended for external use only.

Candle Safety
Customers are responsible for following all candle-care and safety instructions provided with the product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Do not burn a candle for longer than the recommended period, and discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
Queenie Wildwood Botanicals is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use, failure to follow safety instructions, or leaving a candle unattended.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, involve pricing errors, or exceed available inventory.

Opened or used personal-care products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
